Artichoke
Bread
2 6oz. jars marinated artichoke
hearts, drained
& well diced
4 eggs, slightly
beaten
½ lb.
sharp cheddar cheese,
grated
2
green onions, chopped
fine
6
soda crackers, crumbled
Dash of Hot
sauce Salt & Pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 325º
Combine and pour into a greased 8x8 pan. Bake @
325º for one hour.
Cool
and cut into finger length pieces.
