Impossible Bacon Pie

So good and so easy.

This comes from the back of a Bisquick box

12 slices bacon, crisply cooked and

crumbled

1.5 cup shredded Swiss cheese

1 chopped onions, sauteed

1 cup Original Bisquick®

2 cups milk

1/8 teaspoon pepper

4 eggs

1. Heat oven to 400ºF. Grease 10-inch pie plate. Sprinkle bacon, cheese, and onion in pie plate.

2. Stir remaining ingredients until blended. Pour into pie plate.

3. Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until knife inserted halfway between center & edge comes out clean. Cool 5 minutes.
