Autum Salad

A few hours before using, combine and let chill:

2/3 C salad oil

1/3 C cider vinegar

1 t sugar

½ t salt

1/8 t pepper

For the salad

8 C torn lettuce (romaine with some iceberg)

1 C diced red skinned apple

1 C diced celery

½ C crumbled blue cheese

Toss with dressing and garnish with ½ C chopped walnuts (better if toasted a bit)
