Spring mix lettuce

Candied pecans (for 2 maybe ¼ cup)

Dried cranberries (maybe ¼ cup

Feta cheese, crumbled (maybe ½ cup)

Girrards Champaign salad dressing (LIGHT)

No amounts because it is different each time.

I make my own candied pecans by heating pecans and sugar in a skillet. After they cool I break them apart. I also use Spiced Nuts. (See Spiced Nuts in Candy)

We tried the regular Champaign dressing and didn’t like the flavor as much as the LIGHT. Go light on the dressing. VERY LIGHT

OR Toast some walnut halves in a toaster.
